Return, Exchange, and Delivery Policy


No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is damaged upon delivery or an incorrect item is received.

In such cases, the customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order for the complaint to be accepted.

Any complaints submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.


Delivery Policy

Delivery takes up to 48 hours, starting from the day after the order is confirmed.
